Orange Zinger
Loaded with vitamins, this is the perfect drink for when you're feeling a little under the weather. The ginger adds a nice, unexpected bite; you can easily adjust ginger quantity to fit your own tastes. This drink is great chilled or served over a few ice cubes.
Crispy, Spicy Cauliflower Pancakes
They may not sound too appetizing but wait until you try these! Amazingly delicious and hard to believe they're actually good for you! These are delicious on their own but can also be dipped in tomato sauce, pasta sauce, marinara sauce, salsa, etc. Good for a quick on-the-go breakfast or snack.
Shakshooka
This delicious Israeli egg and tomato dish makes a great meal any time of day. It is very flavorful and works well as a main dish or as an appetizer. Serve hot with tahini sauce and pita bread.
Ginger Fruit Smoothie
This highly nutritious smoothie is loaded with minerals and vitamins from apples, pears, grapes, and berries. The fresh ginger gives this tasty beverage a spicy kick that is out of this world! Add more or less water, according to preference for desired texture. You can use a pear instead of the apple, and sparkling water instead of still water.
Pineapple Carrot Smoothie
Great tasting!

Deliriously delicious juice to start your day! The result will be a lovely, creamy, silky smooth beverage - and with a lovely orange glow, it's a real eye catcher, too!
Homemade Sausage
Delicious sausage, and I know exactly what's in it! Add to pretty much anything you would add meat to spice it up a bit or enjoy by itself.
Authentic Paella
My grandmother emigrated from Valladolid, Spain. This is her AUTHENTIC Paella (Spanish rice)!
Brown Rice, Chicken, and Chorizo Paella
My husband is from Spain, so I started looking into paella recipes. It took me four times to get this brown rice paella right. Now it's his favorite dish, and he expects me to make it every week. I've tweaked this recipe to our tastes, as we like red peppers, capers, and black olives. The vinegar is a Spanish thing, so I always add it. You can leave a little broth in the paella or cook until the broth is fully absorbed โ it's simply a matter of preference.
Pressure Cooker Paella with Chicken Thighs and Smoked Sausage
This is a no-seafood pressure cooker paella flavored completely with chicken and smoked sausage. The recipe uses chicken thighs, which can be browned (as the recipe dictates) to draw out the deliciousness from the skin or cooked within the paella mixture for a lighter flavor. Either way, a super delicious dish made quickly in a pressure cooker.
Joe's Fusion Chicken Pad Thai
My girlfriend and I were craving pad Thai! So we looked at a few recipes and made our version. It is not exactly traditional pad Thai, so -- lo and behold -- the name!
Vegetarian Phad Thai
This recipe is the closest I've come to imitating the heavenly Phad Thai I had in London. It's a little sweeter than the Phad Thai dishes I've tried in the U.S. Raw cabbage and/or carrots may also be served on the side.
