One-Pot Keto Jambalaya with Cauliflower Rice
Try this one-pot keto version of traditional jambalaya, which uses cauliflower rice instead of regular rice, andouille sausage, and chicken thighs, for a Louisiana-inspired dinner recipe.
Texas Jambalaya
This jambalaya is a hearty, filling meal with only one pot to clean up.
Slow Cooker Jambalaya (Vegan)
This slow-cooker jambalaya (vegan) recipe is good to freeze and throw in the slow cooker on a busy day. I prefer the rice cooked separately. You can substitute Creole seasoning for Cajun seasoning and bok choy for celery if desired.
Instant Pot® Cajun Jambalaya
Jambalaya doesn't get any easier than this Instant Pot® version, full of andouille sausage, shrimp, chicken, and plenty of vegetables.
New Orleans Jambalaya
For when you really have to feed an army!
Jen's Jambalaya
My family loves a lot of flavor and spice in our food and jambalaya delivers. This is my version of a New Orleans jambalaya that's got a nice kick to it but not overly hot for those whose tongues can't handle it.
Chef John's Spaghetti alla Carbonara
Spaghetti alla carbonara's creamy sauce is simply a thin egg and cheese custard, spiked with pork and black pepper. Try to find pancetta or guanciale (pork cheek cured like pancetta) for a really authentic taste!
Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara
I had chicken and shrimp carbonara at that popular Italian-American restaurant chain recently, and it was absolutely delicious. I decided to re-create it at home, but the recipes I found online didn't appeal to me. So, I came up with this recipe on my own. It's fairly simple to make, and my wife said it was better than the original. Serve with breadsticks, an Italian salad, and your favorite white wine.
Italian Sausage Spaghetti
This is my favorite method of making Italian sausage spaghetti. By browning the sausages first and then cooking them in the sauce at a long, slow simmer, the sausage is loaded with flavor and firm, but tender--almost meatball-like in texture. And we hardly need any seasonings because the long cook time allows the sauce to get infused with all the sausage-y goodness!
Loaded Chicken Carbonara
Easy and delicious weeknight dinner.
Spaghetti Italian
This Italian spaghetti is delicious and not so sweet. Good to the last bowl!
Italian Carbonara with Bacon
Truly authentic Italian carbonara with bacon coal miners' recipe.
