Quince-Apple Sauce
Quinces turn wonderfully sweet when cooked in this quince-apple sauce recipe. They are a great addition to applesauce. I serve them as a side to pork roast or duck.

A must-have recipe for the Jewish holidays or any time! Not to mention it's the perfect counterpart to your favorite potato latke recipe! Serve warm or chilled.
Instant Pot® Pear-Applesauce
Apples mixed with pears make a sweet dessert or snack without any added sugar. Using an electric pressure cooker cuts down on time and seals in the nutrition.

Easy Cranberry Applesauce
This bright pink applesauce is simple enough for a weeknight supper and festive enough for special occasions. It's a favorite with my family and friends and looks fabulous at a Christmas dinner! You can substitute Splenda® for the sugar.
Doug's Easy Applesauce
A simple applesauce using brown sugar and apple cider.
Blushing Applesauce
This blushing applesauce recipe has a pretty shade of pale pink from cooking the apples with their skins on.
Applesauce for the Freezer
There is nothing better than homemade applesauce with hand-picked apples, and it is so easy to do! For chunky applesauce, use a potato masher to mash the cooked apples. If you prefer smooth applesauce, run the cooked apples through a food mill. The key is adding a few strips of lemon peel to the apples while cooking. The lemon heightens the apple flavor. Make sure you use a good cooking apple, like Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Fuji, Jonathan, McIntosh, or Gravenstein. Ready to serve as soon as you're done, either hot or refrigerated. Delicious with vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt. This freezes easily and lasts up to a year in a cold freezer.
Individual Apple Tarts
These adorable apple tarts have a buttery, crispy pastry with a massive amount of apple flavor, and they're sweetened just enough with a touch of sugar and cinnamon. Your guests will think you bought them at a professional pastry shop, but trust me, someone who's never baked before can create this beautiful dessert! Brush the tops with simple syrup or melted apricot jam and serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
Mum's Irish Apple Pie
This Irish apple pie recipe is from my mum. She was from Cork in southern Ireland, so I'm guessing the recipe is Irish and possibly the same one her mother taught her. As a little boy, I grew up helping my mum make apple and fruit pies. Sadly, she is no longer with us, but her legendary apple pie lives on in my memory. I promise you will love this pie. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Creamy Apple Blueberry Pie
I created this wonderful creamy apple blueberry pie recipe from a few other recipes. It is a nice blend of fruit and cream with a crispy top.
Apple Blackberry Pie
This blackberry apple pie is a twist on apple pie. Perfect for those who love apple pie but are looking for something less sweet.
