Banana-Walnut Muffins
Moist, not overly sweet. Nutty, soft, and not overly dense. A great breakfast on a lazy Sunday.
Oh My Gosh Muffins
These muffins are delicious -- they are my uncle's recipe. Since I was born until I was ten or eleven I would have one of these muffins with breakfast every morning. They have just the perfect amount of everything, light and sweet. Then I learned to bake them myself and have been ever since. It's also a good way to use up bananas that are somewhat past their best days.
Banana, Date and Walnut Muffins
Do you prefer the top of the muffin or the bottom? With these muffins, we think you'll stop picking sides.
Banana Walnut Cranberry Muffins
This recipe for banana walnut cranberry muffins has a full range of flavors, from sweet bananas to tart cranberries and crunch from walnuts.
Fluffy Banana Cake
This is another one of my mother's old recipes.
Hearty Breakfast Muffins
Healthy, hearty breakfast muffins. These have a lightly sweet flavor and lots of wholesome ingredients to get your day started. Moist, chewy, and not overly dense. Easily customizable! You can use any flavor of yogurt, but I prefer plain Greek yogurt. Customize with your favorite nuts or seeds, zucchini or squash, cooked sweet potato, raisins or cranberries, etc.
Banana Oat Muffins with Sour Cream
I've perfected these moist delicious muffins from many muffins. You'll absolutely love these!
Banana Split Cheesecake
A good no-bake cheesecake. It tastes just like its name.
Apple Banana Cupcakes
This is a cupcake that smells as good as it tastes. It's an old Polish recipe from some of the best bakers in Milwaukee!
Hummingbird Cake I
This is a strange name for a cake, but it is very good.
Banana Split Cake I
A lovely summer cake that requires no cooking. This recipe contains raw eggs. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly and the infirm do not consume raw eggs.
Banana Peanut Butter Cheesecake aka "The Elvis"
This banana peanut butter cheesecake, aka "The Elvis," is a combination of some of my favorite cheesecake recipes. I took this to work, and it lasted 30 minutes. The professional baker I work with called this cake "restaurant quality." I highly recommend a chocolate ganache (8 ounces semisweet chocolate combined with ½ cup hot cream) spread over the top to finish it before serving! Garnish the side of the cake with toasted coconut if desired.
