Air Fryer Mac and Cheese Balls
These air fryer mac and cheese bites make great little appetizers or finger food. Kids love them!
Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells
This is a hit for football Sundays. For a thicker stuffing, drain ricotta overnight. Serve with ranch and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Cheese and Bacon Jalapeno Rellenos
Need a spicy, new starter? Our Cheese and Bacon Jalapeno Rellenos have an extra-creamy, extra exciting filling!
Portabella Nirvana
Roasted portobello mushrooms are stuffed with a savory crab stuffing like a gigantic appetizer. If this isn't Heaven, your taste buds will be there anyway!
Artichoke Bites I
I love this appetizer either hot or cold. If you love artichokes and cheese, you should enjoy this recipe.
Little Broccoli Bites
These are great little broccoli appetizers shaped into balls that are baked (not fried). They can also be made ahead of time and frozen. Can be served warm or cold. Always a hit with company.
Sausage-Stuffed Piquillo Peppers
There's nothing quite like the piquillo pepper. They're sweet, fruity, slightly smoky, and just bitter enough. For me, they're the San Marzano tomatoes of peppers. And while I enjoy them in literally anything, these delicate, triangular beauties are just made for stuffing.
Gorgonzola Stuffed Mini Potatoes
These miniature potatoes make the perfect finger food. Use a strong-flavored Cheddar or feta instead of Gorgonzola for a nice twist!
Tofu and Rice Stuffed Peppers
Italian style stuffed bell peppers for the vegetarian (can easily be prepared vegan). Even my meat-eating husband loved these.
Chilean-Style Sopaipillas
This is a traditional Chilean snack or appetizer made with tender squash that's added to the dough. It's eaten during wintertime, especially when it rains. It is typical to arrive home after walking through the rainy streets of Santiago and sit down to have a cup of tea and eat a couple of sopaipillas. You can also eat ones sold by street vendors, but they usually don't taste as good as homemade ones.
Chickpeas and Chorizo
Chickpea chorizo is a popular Spanish dish served as tapas โ and sometimes as a full stew. This recipe includes potatoes to make the dish heartier. Serve with a citrus and fennel salad and some crusty bread for a complete meal. I like to leave the garlic cloves whole and spread them on bread during the meal. If you don't care to do this, reduce the amount of garlic and chop before adding with the sherry.
Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls
These are fantastic for both a super bowl party or a luncheon tea. They are addictive, so be sure to make an extra batch.
