Mocha Granola
I can no longer find my favorite coffee and chocolate granola in stores anymore, so decided to try and replicate it by using the ingredient list and tweaking several different recipes. This is the end result that I enjoy having with milk or as a topping for chocolate pudding or coffee ice cream.
Apple Pie Granola
This granola is so simple and uses ingredients you most likely already have at home! It literally tastes like apple pie (plus pecans!).
Fruit and Nut Granola (Chrissie's Granola)
Originally given to me at work as a 'Hey! I made this, try it, it's vegan (I'm not vegan), you'll love it!' and I did; I really did love it. I've made it several times now and a modified version for my husband (omitted the chocolate and used deluxe mixed nuts). I have to stash some or get none in my house.
Honey Peanut Granola
This sweet, crunchy homemade granola combines quick oats with peanuts, wheat germ, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla. Baked in the oven, it's easy to make.

This pumpkin seed granola is sugarless, sweetened only with sugar-free maple-flavored syrup. A great alternative for special diets!
Ultimate Irresistible Granola
This is THE BEST granola out there. Walnuts, pecans, coconut, sesame seeds and honey are just a few of the delectable ingredients that make this the most delicious and nutty granola out there, you won't be disappointed!
Cinnamon Stove Top Granola
This is a super fast and simple to make granola that comes out tender, crisp and delicious every time! It's very versatile, simply add your favorite dried fruits, nuts, toasted coconut, etc. If you prefer your granola harder, just cook it a little longer at the end. Using butter will give it a deeper/heavier flavor, oil gives it a lighter flavor, more like the commercial granolas you find at your grocery store.
Crunchy Granola Breakfast Cereal
I'm a huge fan of crunchy granola breakfast cereals, but I wanted to make my own so I could change it up now and again. Makes a great addition to yogurt or topping for ice cream.
Crunchy Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Coconut Granola
If you're at movie night with your family, or just hungry for a sweet and salty snack, you will always be wanting to make 2 times the recipe! If you don't want the chocolate to melt, put them in after the rest of the granola cools and settles. Serve right away or store in fridge up to 1 week. Enjoy!
Gluten-Free Coconut Protein Pancakes
These gluten-free protein pancakes made with coconut flour, bananas, and chocolate chips are easy to make and will disappear quickly from your breakfast table on Sunday mornings.
