Quick and Easy Salad Dressing
This is my favorite dressing of all time and I usually make a largish batch and store in the fridge - it is sweet and sharp and tastes especially great with bitter greens. The trick is to finely grate the garlic (I use a Microplane®) plus the secret ingredient, maple syrup. I like my dressings sweet, but just use less maple syrup if you like your dressings more tart.
The Best Lemon Vinaigrette
This lemon vinaigrette is one of my favorite salad dressings. It's easy to make with fresh lemon juice and ingredients you probably already have. Delicious on a simple green salad or with crispy Parmesan chicken and salad.
Easy Strawberry Vinaigrette
This strawberry vinaigrette changed the way I eat salads! It's an easy, delicious, and low-calorie salad dressing. It's especially good on spinach leaves with almonds and feta.
Honey-Lime Vinaigrette
This tangy lime vinaigrette dressing is light, refreshing, and perfect on any salad. A touch of sweet honey enhances the flavor.
Maple-Balsamic Vinaigrette
This balsamic and maple vinaigrette dressing is good on any salad, especially salads containing chicken or shrimp. It's also a good marinade for pork tenderloin!
Honey Mustard Dressing
This honey mustard dressing recipe is very old but very good and easy to whip up with just 4 ingredients for a delicious salad dressing.
Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette
This creamy balsamic dressing recipe is so quick, easy, and versatile — you may never purchase bottled dressing again! A variety of herbs and spices can be added to suit your personal taste.
White Balsamic Vinaigrette
This white balsamic vinaigrette is a Panera Bread copycat recipe. They use this dressing on the Fuji apple chicken salad.
Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing
Inspired by the delicious dressing on the grilled chicken salad at TGI Fridays, I created my own version. Drizzle it over anything that needs a refreshing burst of flavor.
Crunchy Radish and Two-Bean Salad
In this crunchy radish and two-bean salad, rainbow chard, sugar snap peas, and carrots hold their texture when tossed with a creamy stir-together yogurt dressing.
Cucumber Salad with Labneh, Za'atar, and Mint
This cucumber salad with labneh, za'tar, and mint combines cucumbers with creamy labneh and fragrant mint for a refreshing summer side salad.
Homemade Caesar Dressing
This homemade Caesar dressing is easy to make and better tasting than anything I have found in a store. It has kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container, but I normally finish it off way before then. In a matter of minutes you will have freshly made dressing with a great flavor and only one thing to wash—definitely a crowd pleaser at my house.
