A friend of mine made this grits a ya ya dish for a Mardi Gras dinner. It was so delicious, I just had to have the recipe.
Ultimate Lowcountry Shrimp and Grits
This recipe for the ultimate Lowcountry shrimp and grits is modeled after my mother-in-law's recipe, for which she won first place in Charleston, SC. It features grits with fresh white sweet corn, topped with a rich tomato gravy and deep fried shrimp, then finished with crumbled bacon.

A wonderful dressing for your favorite salads!
Copycat Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette
I am a big fan of Chick-fil-A's® grilled market salad and their signature zesty apple cider vinaigrette! So, I developed a recipe to fill that craving. This dressing is simply amazing… the zing of the apple cider vinegar, hint of sweet pineapple and tangy lime juice, and warm heat of the freshly cracked black pepper is a sure winner!
White Wine Vinaigrette
This vinaigrette is nice and tangy but not overpowering. Perfect with a simple green salad. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

A simple Thousand Island dressing recipe with mayonnaise, ketchup, and sweet pickle relish. I made this in restaurant quantities and broke it down. You may have to play with it to suit your tastes.

Traditional, rich salad dressing with a tangy flavor.
Creamy Italian Dressing
This creamy Italian dressing is easy to make and wonderfully thick — it's my favorite! Perfect for picnics and potlucks.
No-Salt Vinaigrette
This low-sodium salad dressing is easy to make with staples from your pantry and doesn't use salt. I get raves when I bring tossed salads to dinner parties because I make this dressing. Bulk up on the lemon juice for extra zing. You can also substitute tarragon vinegar for a different feel. Serve over a tossed salad and antipasto, or use it as a quick marinade for beef, chicken, or pork.
Creamy Coleslaw Dressing
Coleslaw is one of my all-time favorite foods if it has a nice, creamy dressing. After doing some research, making dozens of different dressings, and trying to find the flavor that I like, I came up with this dressing for coleslaw that became a hit. I'm always asked for this recipe. What surprised me was at a potluck when a culinary chef asked me for my recipe. He told me that it was one of the best he had ever tasted since he had left the southern part of the USA.
