Baked Turkey and Cranberry Sliders
These are a take on the popular baked ham and Swiss sliders with a holiday twist. They also taste great with leftover roasted turkey and French fried onions.
Best Leftover Cranberry Sauce Muffins
These muffins are a great way to use leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving! They are so soft and fluffy and so delicious with the roasted pecans on top. The sugar amount needed depends on how sweet your cranberry sauce is. You can go up to 1/2 cup if the leftover cranberry sauce is on the tart side.
My Own Mickmack
A tasty way to use leftovers, this casserole is a hearty combination of pinto beans, macaroni, sausage, vegetables and seasonings. My family goes crazy for it!
Bellepepper's Orzo and Wild Rice Salad
I enjoyed this salad at a well-known restaurant and when they wouldn't divulge the recipe, I created my own. Although a bit time consuming, everything can be prepared at least a day ahead, covered and refrigerated. I took this salad to the 2011 AR Buckeye Bash and am posting for those who requested the recipe. This salad may be served cold or at room temperature.
Easy Breezy Casserole
This is the best and easiest casserole ever!!
Apple Cider Chicken with Noodles
Easy to prepare, tangy twist on skillet chicken.
Couscous Salad with Kale, Tomatoes, Cranberries, and Feta
This kale salad with cranberries is called "circus salad" in our house because it is so colorful and fun! This is a super wholesome salad with all-natural ingredients and no added oils or sugar. Try using quinoa instead of couscous, add warm asparagus on top, or stir in roasted, diced sweet potatoes and onions for even more color and nutrients. This keeps well for days - I usually make a big batch and have it for lunch through the week.
Cheap Chicken Noodle Casserole
A mixture of chicken, soup, milk, peas and carrots baked with egg noodles, cheese and bread. My husband hates tuna, so I improvised my mom's tuna casserole recipe. Both he and my brother-in-law love it!
Quick Noodle-Veggie Bowls
This simple noodle bowl recipe is super adaptable. Feel free to swap out the mushrooms and snow peas for other quick-cooking veggies, such as broccoli, cabbage, or green beans.
Ooey Gooey Mac and Cheese
Yummy mac and cheese that is so ooey and gooey. My kids go wild over this dish. It is great with anything: chicken, beef, or pork. Use any type of cheese you like; I use whatever I have in the fridge.
Jalapeño Popper Pasta
A cheesy jalapeño pasta dish that will delight even the pickiest of eaters. Spice it up by adding more jalapeños, or tame it down with less. Add rotisserie chicken for another layer of yumminess, or leave it out. Either way, this pasta dish is delicious.
Baked Penne
This version of the Italian-inspired classic dish combines penne pasta with ground beef, peppers, and sautéed onions, baked with Philadelphia Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking Creme and topped with mozzarella cheese. Serve with a crisp mixed salad tossed with your favorite Kraft light dressing.
