Tajinยฎ Michelada
I'm lucky enough to live in an area with a large Hispanic population and what seems like a Mexican restaurant or taqueria on every corner. They each have their own michelada recipe, and this is my version of my favorite. MaggiยฎJugo seasoning can be found in the international aisle of your grocery store or Hispanic markets and provides an umami flavor. You may substitute soy sauce if necessary. Add more hot sauce if you prefer!
Coronarita
This Coronarita recipe is a sassy margarita-type drink. You can make it by the pitcher, which is easily doubled or more! So great for a barbeque or just relaxing in the sun on a hot summer day!
Chef John's "Sunset" Michelada
This spicy, savory, tangy, amazingly refreshing beer-based cocktail is considered one of the best hot-weather, adult beverages ever. I've heard it described as 'Bloody Mary meets Mimosa,' which makes me never want to go to brunch again, but it's also kind of accurate. You can use tomato juice or make your own using fresh cherry tomatoes.
Tropical Matcha Cocktail
This tropical vodka-based cocktail packs a flavorful punch, thanks to the star ingredient, matcha powder. Matcha, which is made from ground green tea leaves, tastes slightly grassy and bitter (in the very best way!) but when paired with pineapple and lime juice, it makes for a refreshing fruity drink. I suggest using ceremonial grade matcha for the best color and flavor pay off.
Vampiros Mexicanos (Mexican Vampires)
Vampiros Mexicanos is a real Mexican cocktail! This drink combines, in one glass, the best of Mexico: tequila and sangrita (Mexican's favorite tequila chaser). Don't look for cheap tequila; if you like the good stuff, don't be afraid to mix it.

Trader Vic Mai Tai Cocktail
This Trader Vic mai tai cocktail recipe is named after the inventor of the mai tai cocktail, which was a California restaurateur known as Trader Vic. He served the rum and juice cocktail to friends visiting from Tahiti, who exclaimed, "maita'i roa ae!" The term translates to "very good," and the name "mai tai" stuck.
