World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.
In search of the best scone recipe, I have adapted my Scottish grandmother's recipe with my own touches and with the famous scone recipe from the world-renowned Savoy hotel in London. I now believe I have created the best scone recipe in the world! Serve with butter or clotted cream and a selection of jams.

Chicken stock, wine, onions, garlic, mushroom, cream, butter, herbs, lemon, and capers reduce to make a perfect sauce. Served alongside mushroom rice and asparagus; it is HEAVEN! Patience is key with the sauce. The flavors will come together beautifully if you allow them to reduce as directed.
Lobster Ravioli in Tomato Cream Sauce with Shrimp
Great sauce for lobster ravioli. It works great with fish, crab, shrimp, and lobster. The stock is very easy to prepare and makes a huge difference in the taste of the finished product. This recipe makes four small servings or two main dish portions.
