Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Totchos
This appetizer takes minimal prep time thanks to ingredients like rotisserie chicken, salsa, and Tater Tots®! Make it as mild as you want for the kids, or as mouth-burning as you want for those who wish to have an inferno experience! I swapped from the traditional blue cheese to Cheddar cheese, but feel free to use any cheese you like.
Hot Bean and Bacon Dip with Air Fryer Tortilla Chips
This is a great dip for game day, potlucks, or get-togethers. We serve it with air-fried tortilla chips. Leftovers are great (but you probably won't have any) in a flour tortilla for a bean and cheese burrito, or roll it in a corn tortilla for a quick taco.
Over the Top Nachos
These nachos can be served as a meal, but all the good stuff makes for a great appetizer or snack while watching a game or a quick lunch for your family and friends. Better plan on making two plates of these, they're really good! Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
Awesome Irish Nachos
These fun Irish nachos are made with waffle fries instead of tortilla chips. Every year at our annual St. Patrick's Day party, this is the first appetizer to go!
Reuben Nachos
These Reuben nachos are a version of my all-time favorite sandwich. They're a great appetizer for a St. Patrick's Day party or a delicious lunch or dinner entrée to make with leftover corned beef brisket after the holiday.
Baked BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos
These pulled pork nachos are the perfect appetizer to make if you have leftover pulled pork. Top the chips and pork with your favorite BBQ sauce, red onions, and cheese, then bake for 5 minutes to warm through and melt the cheese. That's it!
Steven's Baked Nachos
These oven-baked nachos are delicious. My husband, Steven, wanted to make chips that tasted like those made at restaurants — baking them is the key. I love them as a quick appetizer or late-night snack. Serve them with sliced jalapeños and your favorite hot sauce.
Mini Fried Shrimp Spring Rolls
This recipe for mini fried shrimp spring rolls yields bite-sized spring rolls that are sure to be the hit of the party. They also pair nicely with your favorite stir-fry. Serve them with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
Asian Chicken and Corn Soup
This soup recipe is great for cold winter nights, or as a starter for an Asian meal. None of the ingredients are hard to find, and the result is warming and delicious!
Simple Beef Tips and Noodles
Beef tips and noodles made in an Instant Pot is one of my family favorites; it's a great starter recipe for using a pressure cooker. It is wonderful any time of year, but we like it best in cooler weather. Very quick and easy to make after a day at work. It can also be made in a slow cooker.
Creamy Chanterelle Mushrooms with Bacon
When you can find fresh chanterelles, this recipe is a must. Chanterelle mushrooms are sauteed with bacon and onion, then combined with sour cream and finished with freshly chopped parsley. Serve over toast or grilled ciabatta for a luxurious starter or light main.
Sautéed Mushrooms (Quick and Simple)
This simple mushroom recipe is delicious as a side, appetizer, part of a salad, or even just a snack. How French of you!
