Watermelon-Raspberry Lemonade
This simple watermelon-raspberry lemonade recipe is awesome on a hot day. You can also add a shot of rum, gin, or vodka for a fun adult cocktail. Serve over ice.
Creamy Lemonade
This 3-ingredient creamy lemonade is a great refresher for those hot summer days.
Chef John's Salmon Loaf
Canned salmon is a great, inexpensive source of protein and omegas, and you may have stocked up on a few cans but not known what to do with them. This tasty shelter-in-place Chef John's salmon loaf recipe is so good for you! While salmon right out of the can may not be the most appealing thing to look at, this salmon loaf is so delicious that we can surely forgive some of its visual shortcomings. Remember, looks are less important than personality (and taste!) and this easy salmon loaf is proof of that. Serve with your favorite tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, or hot, white cream sauce.
Lemon Pepper Cod
Sauteed cod fish fillets seasoned with lemon juice and black pepper. Serve with a buttery rice pilaf and a green salad.
Chef John's Salmon Cakes
I'm using canned salmon for this delicious salmon cakes recipe. Every grocery store carries it, and canned salmon is almost always wild salmon. I'm not going to go into the wild-versus-farmed salmon debate here, but wild is not only more eco-friendly, it tastes better, and is more nutritious. You could use fresh cooked salmon for this recipe if you have leftovers, but since we are mixing this up with eggs and cracker crumbs, fresh salmon just isn't necessary, so why spend the extra cash?
Spinach Cheese Pie
A go-to spinach cheese pie recipe. My fiancé absolutely lives for this easy-to-prepare dish.
Chia Fresca
This is a refreshing drink much like lemonade.
Rhubarb Lemonade
When it comes to juice recipes made with rhubarb, this pink rhubarb-flavored lemonade is delicious! To serve, mix 1/3 cup of rhubarb syrup with every cup of water, then pour over ice.
Citrus Lemonade
So simple, so refreshing. What more do you need?
Pineapple Lemonade
This lemonade, made with fresh pineapple, is tropical and refreshing. I find that in-season pineapples tend to be very sweet, so little or no sweetener is needed. Adjust to taste.
Southern-Style Vanilla Lemonade
This lemon yellow lemonade is what I remember lemonade should taste like. Never watered down with a real lemon kick! Serve over ice or frozen lemonade cubes.
Peppermint Lemonade
Cool, tingly, and oh so refreshing!
