This Asian broccoli slaw is a delicious, tangy side dish. It tastes even better if you chill the slaw overnight.
Donna Leigh's Creamy Broccoli Slaw
Donna Leigh's creamy broccoli slaw recipe is delicious! It's a combination of several recipes I've tried with my own tweaks. I've used different ramen noodle flavors, so feel free to experiment based on your tastes.

Brining a chicken with soy sauce makes a juicier and more flavorful chicken. Great for baked, grilled or fried chicken.
Fruity Tutti Turkey Brine
Best combination of ingredients to have a phenomenal moist 'n' tasty turkey. The aroma of these ingredients is absolutely the best holiday smell that will fill your entire house. You can't buy this scent in a candle!

Crunchy Ramen Broccoli Slaw
This broccoli slaw recipe was passed around for years in my grandmother's beauty salon. She took it to every church supper. It was on the table every Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Basic Pork Brine
This pork brine adds a subtle flavor to meat without being too salty. I use this brine for all pork cuts that I grill. The pork cooks up tender, moist, and delicious every time.
Matt's Fried Turkey Brine
This deep-fried turkey brine with herbs, spices, brown sugar, and a bit of candied ginger adds incredible flavor to your Thanksgiving turkey, and it's so easy to make! This recipe comes from a dear friend of mine who's made his living as a sous chef on a luxury cruise line. When I asked him for a recipe for deep-fried turkey, this is what he shared with me. Makes enough brine for a 16-pound turkey.
Brown Sugar Chicken Brine
I decided to experiment with my normal go-to brine and added molasses and garlic. In place of regular sugar I used light brown sugar (what can I say, I like molasses). The family loved this. I think this is going to be my new go-to. This is enough brine for 8 pounds of whole chicken or bone-in chicken pieces and up to 10 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
Maple Turkey Brine
This is Dave's favorite brine for Thanksgiving turkey. It can be used on any kind of poultry and pork. It gives a sweet, maple flavor to meats.
Savory Turkey Brine
Brining a turkey makes for a juicier bird, and this brine โ with sage, celery seed, thyme, and soy sauce โ brings plenty of flavor too.
Scallion Mashed Potato Pancakes
This recipe was created from our mound of leftover mashed potatoes from Thanksgiving! It's so easy and delicious! Even my picky son that eats only 15 things had 5 pancakes! Drizzle a bit more sesame oil over the pancakes for that extra splash of flavor. Great as a side dish to anything, and another alternative to potato latkes!
