Blackberry Coulis
This no-cook blackberry coulis recipe is super easy, versatile, and sure to become a family favorite. Use it on cheesecake, ice cream, yogurt, and crΓͺpes β the possibilities are endless! It's even delicious in the bottom of a glass topped with champagne. Because the sweetness of blackberries can vary so much, adjust the sugar to suit your taste.
Hot Fudge Sauce
This chocolate sauce is a great hot fudge topping for almost any chocolate dessert. My mom gave me this recipe with a note that said, "Use this sauce over brownies and vanilla ice cream to make a delicious dessert." It was a favorite of mine from college.

Toffee Sauce
This is a great sauce for ice cream topping, or for a fruit fondue. Can also be used for topping cakes, as it thickens when it cools. Serve warm over ice cream, or place in fondue pot over low heat to keep warm and dip apples, pears, pineapple, strawberries, bananas, and orange wedges.
Blueberry Compote
This tasty blueberry compote makes a delicious and beautiful topping for hot pancakes, waffles, and more!
Red Wine Reduction Dessert Sauce
I got these recipe ingredients from Chef Bruce at the Red Rooster Cafe in New Braunfels, TX. I serve this sauce with fresh blackberries from my dad's garden. Layer in a wine glass, sweetened whipped cream, berries, sauce, then more whipped cream. Top with a berry and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar. So good! They also use this sauce on their Monte Cristo Sandwich.
Lemon Butter
Serve this thick and creamy, lemon-flavored butter warm over gingerbread or blueberry muffins. You can also top ice cream with it! This recipe will also work with margarine instead of butter.
Plum Pudding Sauce
If you don't like plain Christmas pudding, top it with this sweet and buttery dessert sauce! It's great on bread pudding, too.
Pecan Caramel Sauce
Yummy and easy caramel pecan sauce. Serve over ice cream, apples, or pumpkin cake.
Lemon Cheese
This lemon cheese is an old family recipe, traditionally used at Christmas to spread on toast or crackers or put in cooked tart shells. Lemon cheese can be put into sterilized jars and frozen.
