Parmesan Fondue
This warm, mild, creamy fondue is simple to make but tastes like you spent a lot more time on it. Delicious with bread cubes, vegetables, or even little meatballs. It's a great base recipe to put your own personal twist on with other cheeses or seasonings. Experiment with the types of cheese you like in this; it's great with Asiago, Romano, or even a little sharp Cheddar. For an extra kick, add a touch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
Classic Cheese Fondue
Want to make fondue like a Swiss guru? Try this easy, simple, and foolproof method for making the ultimate cheese lover's dish! The combination of acidic wine with the rich, buttery cheeses is a wonder to behold. Besides the amazing taste and texture, there's just something fun about eating things off the end of a really long fork! Half the fun of this is customizing the platter of "dippables" to your taste, such as cubes of crusty bread, sausage, baby potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, fennel, apples, or grapes.
Easy Pizza Fondue
This is one of my kids' favorite meals, and it's incredibly simple and quick. You can add a little beef bouillon for a beefier taste. Serve with French bread or breadsticks. Dip bread directly into the pot or ladle into bowls to serve.
Classic Swiss Fondue
Traditional Swiss fondue is so easy to make. My husband grew up in Switzerland and it's there where I truly began to appreciate fondue. There are many variations of fondue in Switzerland, but this is the most common version using Gruyère and Emmental cheeses. I love the ritual and it's so fun (and easy!) for entertaining. If you can find it, a splash of kirsch just before serving really gives fondue a nice kick. Enjoy with your favorite bread, boiled baby potatoes, cornichons, and pickled onions.
Tarek's Irish Stout Fondue
The best fondue ever; made with beer and three kinds of cheese! Enjoy this recipe as a snack or a meal! Great for parties or great to trick your kids into eating their veggies. You will love this smooth, flavorful dish. Serve with bread, veggies, and meats of all kinds. We like green peppers, grape tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, cucumbers, celery, ham, and salami for dipping.
Quick Fontina Cheese Fondue
This recipe is similar to a one from a well-known food chain. But I find it to be richer and have more flavor depth. Serve it with chunks of bread, apples, and pears.
Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies and Brie Fondue
This easy party dip is creamy, smoky, and perfect for a crowd of foodies ready to snack.
Devil Crab Cream Cheese Ball
A mildly spiced cream cheese and crab mixture. Pour cocktail sauce over the chilled ball, and serve with crackers. Sinfully delicious!
Flamin' Hot Cheetos Cheese Ball
This cheese ball is great for holiday parties, or just a fun get-together! Serve with crackers, corn chips, or raw cut veggies.
Sausage Cheese Balls
These sausage balls were a hit at our Christmas party this year. I accidentaly used low-fat cheese in the recipe and couldn't tell the difference. No frying necessary, they bake beautifully.
Party Cheese Ball
Serve this Philadelphia cream cheese ball on special occasions with whole wheat crackers, pita chips, and cut-up celery.
Cheese Ring
This zesty cheese ring recipe can also be shaped as a log. The jelly may seem strange, but it is what makes this appetizer delicious.
