Since the first time I put this together four years ago, it now is a must for all our family gatherings. When I pull it out of the oven, I sprinkle a handful of leftover dark chocolate chips on top.

Gorton (French-Canadian Pork Spread)
Gorton is a French-Canadian pork spread for toast and crackers. This was my mémère's (grandmother's) recipe, and so far I have never had any better. It's similar to French pÒté and very simple to make. I guess from what I read, cretons and gorton are almost the same, gorton being the New Englander translation. Enjoy!
Quick Sticky Buns
These quick sticky buns are great when you want homemade goodies but don't have all the time to make them. I sometimes use flaked coconut instead of the pecans for a different taste.
