Spicy Turkey Burgers
Spice up boring turkey burgers by using flavorful spices and fresh herbs. Enjoy on a toasted bun with desired fixings and spiced mayonnaise!
Kickin' Turkey Burger with Caramelized Onions and Spicy Sweet Mayo
A spicy, flavorful, and moist turkey burger. This is my husband's favorite. It tastes delicious and I make it with extra lean ground turkey breast. The grated onion, barbeque sauce, and Worcestershire sauce add moisture as well as flavor to the turkey.
Easy Gluten-Free Turkey Burgers
The great thing about homemade burgers is that they can easily be modified accordingly, and these turkey burgers are great for those who are gluten-intolerant, follow a gluten-free diet, or simply wish to avoid bread crumbs in their mixture without sacrificing taste or texture (like me).
Crispy Baked Turkey Burgers
These oven-made ground turkey burgers are breaded and baked โ delicious! Serve on a bun with zesty sauce and shredded cabbage to make it a meal.
Tastes-Like-Beef Turkey Burgers
Learn how to make ground turkey taste like beef. This recipe is for those who want to cut beef out of their diet but still love a good burger! Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
Moist Turkey Burgers
I changed the recipe to make these deliciously juicy turkey burgers for more people. I caramelized the onions to give them more depth of flavor. I also added Dijon mustard and real garlic instead of garlic powder. I also cut down on the amount of bread crumbs and made them out of whole wheat bread to make them a little healthier. I also omitted the soy sauce for the same reason. They came out great. The only thing I would do differently next time is to give them just a little heat.
Pan-Fried Turkey Burgers
Too cold out to grill? No grill? No problem. These are tasty turkey burgers pan-fried on the stovetop. The secret is to only flip them once. And don't go for the super lean turkey. You'll want a little bit of fat to make them juicy. Top with your favorite cheese and garnishes. Serve on your choice of bun or lettuce wrap and enjoy.
Fresh Salmon Burgers in the Air Fryer
I grew up on salmon patties but using fresh salmon and cooking in the air fryer makes all the difference in the world. If made as directed, you don't even need an egg to combine. Serve on toasted buns with fixings of choice, such as mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, or cheese.
Lamb Merguez Sausage Patties
Merguez sausage is not commonly stocked at the grocery store, so I decided to come up with an easy home version.
Greek Burgers
My mother never really cooked ground meat, but I have given these burgers the flavor of her Greek cooking. I like a lot of pepper on mine, coating each side liberally, but the kids prefer these burgers with just a very little finely ground pepper. Serve with a garlic mayonnaise.
Bologna Sliders with Fried Onions
These bologna sliders with fried onions bring back memories of growing up in the Midwest. Comfort food for sure, but fried bologna was often served because it was budget-friendly. These days they're the perfect snack or game day food, especially with an ice cold beer.
Quinoa Black Bean Burgers
These vegetarian quinoa-black bean burgers are quick and delicious! Serve them on a whole wheat bun with garlic-lemon mayo, fresh spinach leaves, sliced tomato, and caramelized onions.
