Eggnog Creme Brulee
I have been making crème brûlée for my wife for quite some time, and one day, she asked me, 'Honey, is it possible to make crème brûlée out of eggnog? I think that would be so yummy.' So, I bought some eggnog and set about finding out if it is possible, and it is. You can also take the same recipe and pour it into a prepared pie crust for an eggnog custard pie. It's a lot less work and hassle than individual ramekins.
Chef John's Pumpkin Creme Brulee
This is a great seasonal twist on the restaurant classic. The texture is actually closer to a pudding than a classic creme Brulee, and of course, the star of the dish is the crisp sugar top. This is great for your busy holiday schedule since you can make them the day before and then finish the sugar torching before you serve.
Easy 3-Ingredient Vanilla Crème Brûlée
This ice cream crème brûlée is smooth, creamy, restaurant-quality, and requires only 3 ingredients! Make them a few hours, or even days, before you plan to serve. Chances are, you won't even need to make a grocery run.
Keto Crème Brûlée
This keto crème brûlée recipe is an elegant low-carb dessert that's gluten free, sugar free, and made with only four ingredients!
Becky's Mom's Cranberry Sauce
Becky's mom's recipe is so good that even anyone who says they do not like cranberries will love it! This sauce is fantastic. It should be made at least 2 weeks before use. However, I've made it the day before and it was still really good.
Cranberry Sauce with Bourbon
This is my mother's recipe for cranberry sauce with bourbon. Each year, she would make it for an auction. Her sauce usually sold for $12.00 per 8-ounce jar! Tangy cranberries sweetened with sugar are baked in the oven with bourbon to kick things up a notch. Tastes best when it has had time to sit, for example, 2 weeks. The longer it sits, the stronger the flavors. A delicious addition to your holiday plate!
Loaded Reuben Totchos
When are appetizers more than just starters? When totchos get a Reuben makeover, that's when!
Jan's Beer-Brined Corned Beef
Homemade corned beef is brined, smoked, then braised to perfection. Juicy, tender and full of flavor with just a few steps. It is easier than you think! Makes delicious Reuben sandwiches! Divide slices into half-pound portions and freeze, leaving only what you will use over the next few days unfrozen.
Kosher-Style Corned Beef
This recipe is for 25 pounds of beef, but can scaled down. Prague powder number 1 is a commercial curing product that can be found at sausage supply shops. You may want to reduce the amount of salt, as this amount was used as a preservative.
Corned Beef Hash Quiche
If you're a fan of corned beef hash, this quiche recipe will not disappoint. This is my favorite version of this delicious quiche.
A Slice of Heaven (Baked Corned Beef)
This corned beef recipe uses only two ingredients and 10 minutes of prep time, so chefs of any skill level can create this heavenly dish. Try it rolled up in warm tortillas!
Traditional Reuben Casserole
This Reuben casserole with canned corned beef was given to us by my husband's aunt. It has the same ingredients as a Reuben sandwich. If you love Reubens, you will love this dish!
