Best Ever Layered Mexican Dip
This is the best ever layered Mexican dip that I've ever had! I hope you agree! It's quick and easy to make and perfect for parties. I always make two.
Authentic Middle Eastern Hummus (Chummus)
Authentic chummus is very different and SO much tastier than its American counterpart. This chummus is creamy and delicate in taste rather than overpowered with garlic or thick and pasty. It is eaten warm, fresh, and as a whole meal spread out in a dish and drizzled with fresh olive oil. It is scooped up with pita, raw onion slices, or just a fork. Do NOT use canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)!
Hummus III
Hummus is a pureed garbanzo bean dip with Middle Eastern origins. Serve with pita and an assortment of fresh vegetables. This is the secret combination straight from a Boston restaurant. Tahini, or sesame seed paste, can be found in health food stores, gourmet shops and even many grocery stores.
Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus
Hummus is a creamy purรฉe of garbanzo beans and tahini (sesame seed paste) seasoned with lemon juice and garlic. It is a popular spread and dip in Greece and throughout the Middle East. This is a sun-dried tomato hummus recipe.
Skinny Seven Layer Dip
The traditional 7 layer dip can be rather fattening, so here is a fresher, lighter alternative. It requires a tad more work, but I assure you it is worth it! I always have people asking for this recipe.
Turkey Nacho Bake
A fast and easy way to prepare a pretty classic nacho treat, with ground, browned turkey meat. The kids and my husband love it. Serve with sour cream, taco sauce, salsa or guacamole.
Super Deluxe Steak Nachos
These steak nachos are one of my all-time favorite party foods. For big games or special events, these nachos should get serious consideration for formulating your snack line-up. I recommend serving this with hot sauce on the side, and lots of beer.
Supremely Spicy Hummus
I love this spicy hummus dip with pita bread. If you like things really spicy, add an extra teaspoon of cayenne pepper or a halved, seeded hot red pepper at the beginning.
Black Bean Hummus
This black bean hummus is the absolute best hummus I have ever had. It goes great with toasted pita bread. If it tastes like it needs a little extra kick, add more lemon juice.
Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
This roasted red pepper hummus is easy to make in a food processor with chickpeas, lemon juice, and tahini for a delicious dip or spread.
Best Hummus
I make this hummus at least once a week โ it's so simple to make in just 10 minutes, yet it tastes delicious! I got this recipe from my late grandfather who was of Lebanese descent. Serve with warm pita bread.
Mexican Layered Dip
This layered Mexican dip is a tasty no-bake Tex-Mex dip for chips.
