Hot Mocha
This hot mocha, a treat for coffee and chocolate lovers alike, combines the two under a layer of creamy foamed milk. Skim milk foams easily and makes a deceptively lean, yet rich topping. Enjoy it in the morning, as an afternoon break, and as a lean, luscious, liquid dessert.
Sugar-Free Hot Chocolate Mix
This sugar-free hot chocolate recipe is great for diabetics or those on a reduced-sugar diet.
Sweet Dijon Salad Dressing
I love this sweet onion Dijon vinaigrette. It makes a tangy dressing that is great on any green salad, but especially good on a salad of mixed greens, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts with just a little feta cheese.
Multigrain Pancakes
I like these multigrain pancakes with peanut butter and sugar-free syrup on top. They're easy to make, satisfying, and full of whole grain goodness! You can add any chopped fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips to the batter if desired.
Skewered Grilled Potatoes
These tasty potato skewers, flavored with rosemary and garlic, are grilled until crispy and tender. Great for summer barbecue parties.
Instant Millionaire Pie for Diabetics
A tasty cream pie with pineapple and pecans. You can use fat-free milk and whipped topping to make this dessert extra low-cal.
Chocolate-y Iced Mocha
My favorite morning drink that isn't a diet disaster.
Sugar-Free Frosting
Versatile cream cheese frosting flavored with sugar-free instant pudding. It will frost one 9x13 or one 2 layer cake. Use any flavor of pudding mix.
No-Sugar Pumpkin Pie
This is a good sugar-free pumpkin pie and doesn't have an aftertaste.
White Wine Chicken Soup
Amazing, fill-your-house-with-an-aroma-to-drool-for, easy chicken soup. The longer it cooks, the better it gets. The best is made by my mother, but the rest of us can make this wonderful facsimile. Easily multiplied, exceedingly flexible - have fun! The soup is quite good after 2 hours, but the longer it cooks, the more mellow the flavor will be. If you can, leave it for as many as 6 hours (this is a good recipe when you're in the house all day). Serve with croutons or soup nuts, if desired.
Pam's Sugar Free Chocolate Pie
A great sugarless pie! Other flavors of sugar free pudding are great too!
Spiced Tea Mix
This delicious dry spiced tea mix can be packed in jars and given as gifts. It can also be prepared sugar-free using a sugar-free, orange-flavored drink mix and sugar-free iced tea mix.
