This Instant Pot salt and vinegar boiled peanuts recipe was inspired by a craving for something different from the classic Cajun style. Seeing a bag of salt and vinegar chips, I thought โ why not? Plus, Instant Pot boiled peanuts are a breeze.
Sugar Spanish Peanuts
For this recipe, sugar Spanish peanuts are coated in hardened sugar and great for snacking! For an added kick, you can add cayenne pepper to the peanuts while they cook. Peanuts will be very hot, so do not handle them with bare hands!

Maryland Pumpkin Seeds
For a crunchy, savory snack recipe with something unique, toasted pumpkin seeds with Maryland's favorite seasoning โ Old Bay are absolutely hard to resist! The zesty blend of paprika, celery salt, and spices is perfect anytime you crave a salty, satisfying bite!
Instant Pot Cajun Boiled Peanuts
I love boiled peanuts, but in the past, they've been a hassle to make. You have to soak them in water overnight, and then you have to wait for the giant pot of water to boil; the water evaporates, so you have to add more water every hour, and then every time you do that, you have to wait for the water to start boiling again. I knew there had to be a way to simplify the process, and this Instant Pot Cajun boiled peanuts recipe was the solution. While it still takes time, the method is hands-off, and they cook more quickly than the 8 hours it takes to soak them overnight using the stovetop method.
Sweet and Spicy Pecans
These pecans have graced our family's Christmas sweet gift platters. I've also sprinkled them over my gourmet salads. They add so much in either case. I can't get enough of them! Lining the pans with parchment paper makes for easier removal of the pecans and easier cleanup!
Dukka
Great for a party as an appetizer. Dip bread in oil, and then in the dukka spices...Enjoy! We find this appetizer on the tables of restaurants in New Zealand.
Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar Pumpkin Seeds
I've experimented with many different flavors, but these are my all-time favorite. Three ingredients and a little bit of patience is all you need to whip up this crispy, addictive snack. This is a must for all of you salt and vinegar lovers out there.
Spicy Glazed Pecans
We eat these spicy glazed pecans tossed on salads. They're also a nice addition to nut and trail mixes!
Candied Almonds
These candied almonds are my father's favorite treat. They taste so good when warm! Substitute any nuts you prefer.
Roasted Winter Squash Seeds
Roasted butternut squash seeds are delicious. Next time you prepare butternut or acorn squash โ save the seeds and have yourself a nutritious little snack!
Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Make these toasted pumpkin seeds with all those seeds after the jack-o'-lantern is carved. Any seasoning will work in place of salt. Try Cajun!
