Easy Garlic Knots
These easy garlic knots are so good, you'll want to make an extra batch to take pizza night to the next level.
Caprese Garlic Bread
I made this caprese garlic bread because just about everybody loves crusty garlic bread. And when you add tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic, it kicks up the flavor to sensational. French, Italian and ciabatta are all good bread choices.
Spicy Green Tomato Salsa
This refreshing green tomato salsa with cilantro and lime juice gets some heat from spicy peppers. It tastes great served over cream cheese with tortilla chips for a game-time snack. It's a great way to save those green tomatoes when there is an early frost. I created this recipe with the assistance of my daughter-in-law Carolyn and her niece Felicia. Thanks to both of you!
D's Famous Salsa
This salsa with canned tomatoes is a Texas recipe I've developed and refined over many years. It's very fast and easy, and I usually have everything on hand. I often give it as gifts to my family back East.
Jen's Fresh and Spicy Salsa
This spicy salsa recipe makes a fresh and fiery salsa bursting with flavor! And did I mention easy? It's the closest thing to restaurant-style salsa you will find. The jalapeños and hot pepper sauce add heat, and cilantro, lime juice, and green onions create freshness.
Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip
This Buffalo shredded chicken dip is perfect for a tailgate party — or anytime! Shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and lots of melted cheese create a wonderful Buffalo wing flavor on chips or veggie sticks.
Stuffed Hot Peppers
Hungarian stuffed hot peppers filled with a cream cheese mixture and Italian sausage.
Crispy Vegetable Pakoras
These vegetable pakoras are delicious. You'll love this recipe if you've ever had Japanese tempura-coated veggies. These pakoras are similar, but the spiced batter gives them a unique taste. Serve with chili sauce, mint yogurt sauce, or sweet and sour sauce. Try this recipe with other vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, broccoli, and asparagus.
Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip
Make this baked Buffalo chicken dip if you're ready to bring more than just a bag of chips to a game-watching party. You will become an appetizer all-star! Serve it warm with celery and crackers to party guests who won't be able to stop eating it.
Baked Cowboy Dip
Whether you eat it cold, piping hot right out of the oven, or after it's cooled a bit, you'll agree that this creamy, cheesy baked cowboy dip full of cooked sausage, corn, tomatoes, and jalapeños is delicious! Serve with thick corn chips.
Baked Cream Cheese Jalapeño Poppers
I made these cream cheese jalapeño poppers after a number of unsatisfactory attempts at making deep-fried poppers. I modified a recipe by Emeril and came up with this. It's much easier than frying, and everyone in our family agrees they're at least as good as (if not better than) any fried poppers they've had! We love hot peppers and always make this recipe with the ones we grow in our garden every year.
Spicy Spicy Ranch Dressing
This spicy ranch dip with hot sauce and cayenne is excellent served with fries, poppers, and even wings.
