Fast and Fabulous Egg and Cottage Cheese Casserole
This cottage cheese egg bake is the easiest and best casserole I have tried so far. My sweet mother-in-law shared this recipe with me. I make 3 or 4 at a time and keep them in the freezer to take to gatherings, feed guests, or surprise kids. Green chiles make it pop!
Easter Breakfast Casserole
This Easter casserole with hash browns, bacon, and green bell pepper is perfect for breakfast or brunch. It is so satisfying and delicious — we look forward to having it every holiday in our house!
Croissant Breakfast Pie
"Love the flakey crust! The eggs are so fluffy, too."
Cheesy Amish Breakfast Casserole
This Amish breakfast casserole has bacon, onion, eggs, hash browns, and lots of cheese. My family loves this hearty dish! Try breakfast sausage in place of bacon if you prefer.
Old-Fashioned Swedish Glögg
Glögg is a Swedish punch made from spiced wine. My grandfather brought this recipe over from Sweden in 1921. We still use it today. "God Jul!"

An energizing cucumber and pineapple smoothie with coconut water, ginger, and lemon.
Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie

Pumpkin Spice Coffee
Why spend extra money on seasonal pumpkin spice coffee when you can easily make your own?
Filipino Avocado Milkshake
This avocado milkshake is rich, creamy, and refreshing. It's a traditional Filipino treat!
Whole Wheat Coconut Oil Waffles
This whole wheat coconut oil waffle recipe includes a healthy fat and grain. The waffles freeze well for a quick toaster breakfast! The recipe yield is for thin waffles; I'd guess at least half that for Belgian waffles. I like to top them with sliced banana.
Hawaiian Waffles with Pineapple and Coconut
Let your taste buds cave into a sweet, tropical brunch. It's a fruity summer experience like you won't believe! Serve with sliced banana and pure maple syrup.
Swedish Crisp Waffles (Frasvafflor)
Waffles are a very popular street food and coffee shop item in Sweden. We also eat them specifically on the Feast of the Annunciation because "Vårfrudagen" (Lady Day in Swedish) sounded a lot like "våffeldagen", thus became Waffle Day! These are a lot crisper and lighter than American and Belgian waffles and contain no eggs. Serve immediately with whipped cream and fresh fruit or jam.
